Our services include software development, product design, AI solutions, SaaS products, and related consulting. When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when filling out forms or communicating with us
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our website without our permission
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the property of Fyutrex or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Our property: The Fyutrex brand, website design, and proprietary tools remain our exclusive property.

Client work: For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership is governed by the specific contract or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon with the client. Unless otherwise stated, IP transfers to the client upon full payment.

SaaS products: Our SaaS products are licensed, not sold. You receive a license to use the product under the terms of the applicable product agreement.

When engaging with Fyutrex, you are responsible for:

• Accurate information — ensuring all information you provide is truthful and current
• Account security — maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (for SaaS products)
• Timely communication — responding to project-related requests in a reasonable timeframe to keep engagements on track
• Content ownership — confirming that any content, data, or materials you provide to us don't infringe on third-party rights
• Compliance — using our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms vary based on the type of engagement:

Custom Development Projects

• Payment structure is outlined in the project proposal or statement of work (SOW)
• Typical structure: milestone-based payments or a retainer model
• Invoices are due within 15 business days of issuance unless otherwise agreed

SaaS Products

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices are listed on the respective product page and may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in the product terms

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fyutrex provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

Either party may terminate an engagement:

• By mutual agreement — at any time with written acknowledgment from both sides
• For convenience — with 30 days' written notice (subject to settlement of outstanding invoices)
• For cause — immediately if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure within 15 days of written notice

Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will deliver all completed work product as of the termination date
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations first. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

For international clients, specific jurisdiction terms may be outlined in individual service agreements.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using our services and contact us.
