Do you work with existing brand guidelines or create new ones?

Both. If you have a brand identity, we extend it into a full digital design system. If starting fresh, we create everything from scratch — colours, typography, iconography, and component patterns.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited within scope. We work in iterative cycles rather than counting revisions. If something isn't right, we fix it — that's the job.

Will the Figma files be handed over to us?

Yes, always. You get full ownership of every file, component, and asset. No lock-in, ever.

Can your designs be handed off to other engineering teams?

Absolutely. Our files are annotated with spacing, states, tokens, and interaction notes. Engineers from any agency or in-house team can pick them up without design support.

Do you do mobile app design as well as web?

Yes. We design for web, iOS, Android, and cross-platform (React Native / Flutter). Responsive design across breakpoints is standard on all engagements.

What if we need ongoing design support after launch?

We offer retainer arrangements for ongoing design — new features, iterations, and design reviews. Most clients keep us on a monthly retainer post-launch.
